ONE donates equipment for the EMS vehicles in Struga and Debar

ONE’s humanitarian caravan departed from Debar and Struga. The caravan will visit 8 cities in Macedonia and deliver medical equipment for the emergency medical service vehicles.

This donation from ONE will help improve the working conditions of the emergency medical teams as well as the conditions for unobstructed performance of their tasks so that the citizens can benefit from the higher quality of the first aid services. 

All ambulance vehicles will be equipped with the following:

  • Ultra slim patient transport stretcher  
  • Universal head immobilizer 
  • Universal leg immobilizer  
  • Set consisting of 6 neck immobilizers (X ray and CAT scan penetrable Schantz collars)  
  • Thermal vacuum mattress with ABS pump and special weatherproof base pad, enabling complete fixation 
  • Reanimation kit  (ambu bag + face mask) 
  • Infusion bottle holder  
  • Mercury sphygmomanometer
  • Special stairway accent/descent patient transport chair

This project, whose finalization is envisioned for the end of the year, reaffirms ONE’s determination to act as a socially responsible corporate citizen.
